Consultation & Resource Support

Mental Health & Emotional Support

  • After Hours Support: Speak with a mental health professional after hours via the CAPS 24/7 phone number (520-621-3334)
  • Groups, Workshops, and Gatherings: With groups, workshops, events, and online peer support, there's a supportive community for you.
  • Meet with a Trainee: CAPS also has a robust training program for psychologists, counselors, and social workers.  If you see one of our counseling trainees, your counseling services will be free of charge.
  • Peer Counseling: Get free one-on-one support and community events led by CAPS peer counselors.
  • Site-Based Counseling: Our site-based counselors offer free mental health support at various locations on campus.
  • Survivor Advocacy: Campus Health's Survivor Advocates offer confidential support students of any gender identity who have been subjected to interpersonal violence.
  • Wildcats Anonymous: Wildcats Anonymous offers peer-led meetings, programming, and mentoring for students who want to address their substance use.

  • Friend2Friend offers peer support resources, volunteer opportunities, and practical strategies for supporting your friends.
  • Togetherall is a safe, anonymous online mental health community where you can give and get support.
