As-Needed Counseling & Other One-on-One Support
Get support when needed, as needed with CAPS Counseling & Consultation visits. Talk, learn, and collaborate with a counselor in creating a personal action plan. Appointments open for scheduling 8 days in advance, so you can get help when you need it.

Campus Connections: Counseling & Evaluation Support
- The U of A Psychology Department offers individual, couples, and counseling, psychological assessments, sleep and insomnia services, and more. It's a great low cost, on-campus option.
- The ABLE Clinic at the U of A SALT Center offers evaluation for ADHD and more.
Resource & Referral Support
When the best plan is outside of CAPS, we'll help you get connected. Our expert care coordinator team can help connect you with off-campus partners who offer extended hours, long-term support, and desired specialties.
