Notice. Care. Help.
Notice. Care. Help. is our framework for supporting mental health as a community. Here's what it means:
Notice: Notice changes in how you're student's doing. Dramatic changes or uncharacteristic behaviors can be an indicator that someone's struggling.
Care: Check in with a caring conversation. Share any concerns with compassion and without judgment.
Help: Encourage your student to take a next step. Recommending resources is a great way to do this.
