Mental Health Support on Campus

What's happening in the world impacts us all differently. We're here to support you with tools, resources, and mental health services. CAPS offers a wide range of programs and services to support you, including both paid and free services and resources. If cost is a barrier for you, ask the counselor you meet with about your options or call us at 520-621-3334. 

If you need immediate counseling support, please call us at 520-621-3334 or drop in either the CAPS Main or CAPS North location. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or go to an emergency room.
