Get Connected and Find Your Space
CAPS works with students on mental health initiatives and mental health training to provide educational and supportive resources to the UArizona community. Students are a big part of creating, implementing, and growing these programs.

Mindful Ambassadors
Mindful ambassadors receive ongoing training in mindfulness practices, public speaking, and group facilitation skills. Ambassadors offer brief experiential mindfulness workshops across campus and an online library of guided mindfulness practices.
