Anxiety Toolbox helps you understand anxiety symptoms and build skills to manage these symptoms. The three sessions are divided into content that builds upon itself.
In Anxiety Toolbox, you'll learn:
- what anxiety is and how it's different from stress
- common symptoms of anxiety and how they all work together
- strategies for slowing down when you're feeling anxious
- new thinking strategies
- anxiety coping skills
By the end of the workshop, you will have your own individualized plan for managing anxiety!

How to Join Anxiety Toolbox
Workshops are available to all enrolled students!

- Or, schedule a brief meeting with a counselor or care coordinator
- Or, if you are already connected to CAPS services, just let your counselor know that you'd like to join.
How Workshops Work
- CAPS workshops are currently meeting online by HIPAA-compliant video conference.
- You can attend more than one workshop series at a time.
- Workshops are free.
- Workshops meet for three 50-minute sessions. Workshop participants will receive a digital workbook from the facilitator via secure message.
- To get the complete experience, students must come to each session on time.
