How to Build Back After the Death of a Loved One
Death is a natural part of life, and one that touches everyone at some point. Life After Death is open to any University of Arizona students looking for ways to move through their grief with a supportive community. We will look at ways to cope with the often intense and difficult emotions that follow death and how to change our relationships with both the person who died and death.
In this group, you will:
- Learn to accept the reality of the loss
- Work with others to process the pain of grief.
- Identify ways to adjust to a world without your loved one.
- Create an enduring connection with your loved one in the midst of embarking on a new life.
