Are you an international graduate student feeling the pressures of academic life, language barriers, relationships, or perfectionism? ISS Counseling is here to help with a weekly support group designed just for you. 

In the International Grad Student Support Group, you'll get:

  • Confidential Support: A safe space to share your experiences and challenges. 
  • Educational and Developmental Guidance: Sessions led by an experienced facilitator. 
  • Personalized Attention: Small group size (8-9 participants) for a more tailored experience. 
  • Community Building: Connect with fellow students and enhance your academic journey.

Group Objectives

  • Navigate stress and academic pressures more effectively. 
  • Overcome language barriers with support from peers. 
  • Build lasting relationships and gain new perspectives. 
  • Develop strategies to manage perfectionism and personal expectations.
