The Undergrad Support Group is a weekly support group for undergraduate students. Give and get support from peers in a safe space. 

In the Undergrad Support Group, you will: 

  • Connect with other undergraduate students
  • Support each other emotionally
  • Explore strategies for managing stress

How to Join

  • A referral from a CAPS provider and a meeting with the group facilitator will be required before you can begin the group. Ask your current CAPS provider how to join or speak with a counselor to get started.
  • This group has a $10 fee per session. If cost is a barrier for you, please call 520-621-3334.
