Supportive Communities for Grad Students

Community and belonging play a big role in your emotional and academic wellbeing. Researchers have found that that's especially true for graduate students. Give and get support with other grad students in these grad groups or explore the other supportive communities available at CAPS.

As-Needed Counseling & Other One-on-One Support

Get support when needed, as needed with CAPS Counseling & Consultation visits. Talk, learn, and collaborate with a counselor in creating a personal action plan. Appointments open for scheduling 8 days in advance, so you can get help when you need it.

Campus Connections: Counseling & Evaluation Support

  • The UArizona Psychology Department offers individual, couples, and counseling, psychological assessments, sleep and insomnia services, and more. It's a great low cost, on-campus option.

  • The ABLE Clinic at the UArizona SALT Center offers evaluation for ADHD and more.
