About my professional interests:

I have many professional interests, including attachment trauma, child-caregiver relationships, psychedelic integration therapy, internal family systems work, mindfulness, spiritual crises, and self-compassion. As a counselor, my goal is to guide and support others as they face challenges such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health that addresses root causes, including physical health issues. My treatment approach tends to be eclectic, incorporating elements of client-focused, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and solution focused modalities. I'm currently receiving formal training in the Gottman method, a couples counseling approach.
